How Repairs are Priced & Scheduled
We evaluate each request based on the type of work, access, and overall scope — not by the hour.
Our goal is simple: clear expectations and quality work without surprises.
Most requests fall into one of the categories below. If you're not sure which one fits, just choose the closest option and we’ll guide you from there.
Small Repair
Best for simple, straightforward tasks that can be completed without setup or troubleshooting.
This includes minor adjustments, basic hardware replacement, or small installs around the home.
Repair & Troubleshooting
Best for situations where something isn’t working and we need to determine the cause.
This includes plumbing issues, fixture problems, or anything requiring diagnosis before repair.
Install or Project Work
Best for installations, replacements, or work that involves multiple steps or materials.
This includes fixture installs, door work, bathroom updates, and similar projects.
Project Review (Photos Required)
Best for larger or more involved projects where we can review everything remotely first.
Submit photos and details, and we’ll follow up with next steps or project information.
Materials & Warranty
Materials are billed separately from labor. You are welcome to provide your own materials.
If we supply materials, they are billed at cost plus handling and coordination.
Client-supplied parts may carry limited or no warranty on the part itself. Failure of client-supplied parts is not covered under our labor or materials warranty.
We provide a 1-year warranty on labor and parts supplied by us.
